Where do you deliver

We offer domestic delivery within Malaysia, covering both West and East Malaysia.

What are the shipping rates

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDER ABOVE RM80 (WM) & ABOVE RM120 (EM)

West Malaysia: RM5 flat rate for order below RM80

East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate for order below RM120

Order Processing

How to track my order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a confirmation mail will be sent to your email together with the tracking number.

If you do not receive your confirmation mail after placing an order, please contact us via chatbox or ask.depi@gmail.com

When will I receive my order

All orders placed on Monday to Friday will begin processing the following working day. Please note that orders placed on Friday and public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery for each region will be as stated:

West Malaysia 3 - 5 working days

East Malaysia 5 - 8 working days

Can I amend or cancel my order after it's placed

Yes, you can only IF your order has not been dispatched by our courier partners. Therefore, the requests are not guaranteed for approval. Please contact us via Chat or at ask.depi@gmail.com as soon as
possible if you need to modify your order.

We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before you check out.

Refund & Exchange

What if my order is missing or defective

How to issue an exchange / refund?

We ONLY accept request for exchange or refund for defective or incorrect products. Kindly refer to our Refund Policy to make sure all T&Cs are met

What items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

Due to hygiene reasons, please take note that the listed products are not ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange (except for defective or incorrect product).
